Diagnostic Interview:
This initial consultation is used for the clinician and client to get to know each other, plan therapy goals, and for you and your clinician to determine if this is the right therapeutic relationship for you.

Psychotherapy:
Psychotherapy is a therapeutic interaction between trained therapist and client. Goals for therapy differ from person to person.  Perhaps the goal for you in psychotherapy is to discuss the challenges that create roadblocks for you in your everyday life.  Perhaps the goal is to be able to tell your story as it’s unique to you. The therapeutic journey can include various paths. The therapeutic relationship is a key element in the process and progress made in the therapy itself.  It’s important to feel that you are accompanied by someone in this journey who can support and nurture your growth and assist you through challenging times, someone who makes you feel unique.

Family Therapy:
Family therapy is a therapeutic interaction between clinician and various family members.  This therapy aims to utilize the strengths of each individual family and family member in order to work on healing.  It is through these sessions that the family and clinician can work on uncovering various dynamics that are serving, as well as hindering the growth of the family.
