I am a virtual Mental Health Counselor looking to help clients manage their lives and lessen symptoms that can be caused by current or past stress and trauma. If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, problems in relationships, struggling to connect to others, I can help you improve your life and reach your goals. I am educated in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing using aspects of play therapy and elements of EMDR. I have experience working with children, adolescents, parents, and adults. As a therapist I practice many modalities that meet the needs of the client.  I offer a safe non judgemental space for clients to be able explore who they are and who they want to become.  Having lived experience I am able to empathize with clients as someone who understands their individual struggles.
