Hello, Everyone. Sometimes in life we find ourselves feeling lost or alone on our journey. We each need to know that someone will be there to help us find our way.
My goal is to help you figure out what you want from life and to provide a safe space that will enable you to work towards your goals, whatever they may be. I became a mental health counselor because I believe everyone has the capacity to grow and become more fully the person they were meant to be.
My passion is walking that journey with others, being a listening and supportive presence as they strive to do that. I look forward to sharing that journey of discovery with you during our time together.
