Individual & Group Practice Consulting for Mental Health Counselors
I have been in private practice for eight years and built my practice from the ground up. I've learned so much throughout this experience of being a business owner, while also being able to speak from a place of passion about the clinical work that I am so lucky to do every day. Through the process of my own research and consultation with others who had taken this same or similar journey I've learned an immense amount. I've taken the ride on the roller coaster that can be and often is, private practice. I can help support you with not only the set up of private practice, but also the ups & downs that come along with the business itself. In private practice, there are natural ebbs and flows and it's important to be aware of this, plan accordingly and not get swallowed up by fear. I also want to share and support your wish to take this leap into private practice. I'll help you navigate and better understand the logistics of going into private practice, but I'll also be there to help support you through the awesome times, as well as through the sticky mess that starting and running a private practice can be.
In the past years I have transformed my solo practice into a group practice while navigating the ups & downs of the pandemic. In that time I have taken on limited permit holders and interns. This experience has resonated in my soul in ways I couldn't have imagined. My vision when I considered taking the leap of faith into group practice, was to not only to offer expanding and wonderful services to the community, but also support emerging clinicians, teach them and help them grow into the fantastic clinicians they have the power to be. Teaching is something that is so inherently important to me, which is also why I feel the need to offer my services to others who are looking to create a different career for themselves in a solo or group practice business structure. While you may not envision a practice that's main tenet is "teach", that's okay, I can still support you in being able to better hone in on what you want your practice to be and what your reason is for being.
Some of the questions I can assist you in answering (just to name a few):
Rate for this service: $125/45 minute consultation, $165/hour consultation
Package consultations deals may be available.
