As a mental health counselor, I believe that everyone has the capacity to change if they
are ready to. My favorite part of this work is being able to walk alongside someone who wants to take that first step. I prioritize creating therapeutic relationships built on empathy, respect, and trust. I use an integrative approach that best fits each client’s specific needs, whether that be healing trauma and attachment wounds with EMDR, challenging negative self-talk with CBT, or reconnecting with your body through somatic and mindfulness exercises. I work collaboratively
with clients to figure out their goals and values, an ongoing process throughout therapy. If you
